PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for new board members with a high degree of personal commitment to our cause who have the energy to devote up to 12 hours per month involving:

·  Attending board meetings on the first Wednesday of every month (5.30pm-7.30pm)

·  Participating on a board committee and/or project work

·  Attending annual events such as the AGM and strategic planning sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for members who have the following expertise:

·  Fundraising

·  Governance

·  Finance/Accounting

·  Research

·  Stakeholders (living with epilepsy)
